You're always welcome to email me at [email protected], but below are some common questions people have about working with me in strategy sessions.

Why are you discounting strategy sessions? I thought you said you don't do that.

While I do have a discount for returning strategy session clients, I don't typically discount them as they're very value-packed. However, I know that things have been weird for folks business-wise this year, and I thought it could be helpful to folks to have access to high quality advice at a more approachable rate.

Will you offer this price again?

Not in the near-term.

I'm in Australia/Europe/other distant time zone—can you accommodate me?

Sure thing! I work with clients all over the world, and we've never been limited by the distance.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are not available for strategy sessions due to past defaults. You can choose a payment option (such as PayPal) upon check that will allow you to split pay for strategy sessions via their system.

You're welcome to record this session and take any notes you need. If you need follow up support, book another session or add Voxer support.

What's the Voxer consulting add-on?

Voxer is a great app that lets you text and talk like on a mobile phone, but I use it exclusively for business. This is great if you're implementing changes right away and want to check in with me, or want to brainstorm asynchronously. I'm available Mon-Thurs in general (and sometimes on Fri as well) during regular business hours. You can ask your questions or request feedback when you wish and I'll answer when I'm available. It's a great way to work and my clients are having wonderful success with it.
